Examiner

The Examiner welcomes all of the 288th Hunter Examination examinees and with a grand total of 1,489 candidates suspects that the number will reduce to 300 for the 2nd phase of the Exam. So after contemplating over it he rules in order to pass the 1st Phase of the exam; the examinees have to beat 5 other candidates in a fight, collect their respective number plate, and then turn it into him. The Examiner then leaves the room and after he closing the door the exam begins. In another room the Examiner smokes a cigarette and believes that the first phase should have only 150-200 people pass and that it'd be great if all exams were like his, because you have to be strong in order to be able to work afterwards.[1]

Killua Passed

The examiner passes Killua

Dozing off for half an hour, the Examiner awaken as Killua enters the room. The Examiner scolds himself for dosing off, but congratulates Killua for being the first one to make it to the 2nd phase. Looking at his watch he's baffled how much time past and inquires Killua what happened to the other examinees. Killua informs him that they're all unconscious and to prove his claim, he drags into the room a pile of all of the rest of the examinees number plates. The Examiner left speechless by this revelation is then shown by Killua all of the unconscious examinees. So the Examiner contacts the Chairman Netero, who exempts Killua from taking the rest of the exam. So the Examiner in a funky pose, exclaims to Killua he's passed the Hunter Exam.[1]
