Appearance
Agon's 2011 Design
Agon is a man with bushy eyebrows and a large crooked nose. He has gray hair that's kept in a ponytail. His outfit consist of a lilac cloak covering his upper body and a matching dress beneath it. In the 1999 anime adaption, while he wears a blue cloak and matching dress beneath it in the 2011 anime adaption.
Plot
Hunter Exam arc
Hisoka kills Agon.
Agon is first introduced as one of the 24 Hunter Examinees to pass the 3rd Phase of the Hunter Exam,[1] and make it to the 4th Phase on Zevil Island.[2] During the 4th Phase of the Hunter Exam, Agon becomes hunted by Hisoka. Unbeknownst to both Agon and Hisoka, Gon hid within the forest desiring to steal Hisoka's number plate. As Hisoka closes in on the terrified Agon, he pulls out his rapier and taunts Hisoka to bring it on. When the two confront one another to attack, Gon uses his fishing rod to steal Hisoka's number plate, catching the two by surprise. While Hisoka was left in a daze, Agon collapses and dies to Hisoka's attack.[3]
