Face-Off: Part 6 (対決(6), Taiketsu (6)) is the 163th chapter of the Hunter × Hunter manga, written and illustrated by Yoshihiro Togashi.

SynopsisEdit

Killua asks the referee if the only person standing in the inner court calls "back" the instant he is hit be resurrected. The referee states that this is not possible as the game will be over the moment there are zero people in the inner court. However, it was allowed that if, at roughly the same time that the last person standing was hit by the ball, someone standing in the outer court called 'back'.

Gon's team decides to take out the remaining Devils and leave Razor for last. Hisoka aims the ball at Number 6 and 7 and throws, but before the ball hits the opponent, the two Devils merge into 1, Number 13, and catch the ball. Hisoka lets the ball go, realizing that the Devil is too strong. The ball is now once again at Razor's side. Razor prepares to attack Gon and Killua and they use Ken to protect themselves.

Razor throws the ball at Gon, who uses Ko at his hands to block Razor's attack, but the sheer power of the throw sends him flying all the way to the wall. He immediately sits up saying he's okay and is now fired up even more. After hitting Gon, the ball had rebounded upwards and had embedded itself into the ceiling above Gon's side of the court. Since the ceiling was also an extension of the floor. This meant that the ball would now be in the possession of Gon's team, but it also meant that Gon was out. He insists on using 'back', but Biscuit tells him to wait till there were only two members left.

When the game resumes, Killua starts by passing the ball to Goreinu. Since it was not against the rule, the two continue this until Gon was patched up. When it was finally done, in a fit for revenge, Goreinu throws the ball at his Black ape. Before the ball hits the ape, it switches places with Razor and the ball hits him instead.
