Three-Way Struggle: Part 14 (三つ巴の攻防 (14), Mitsu Domoe no Kōbō (14)) is the 183rd chapter of the Hunter × Hunter manga, written and illustrated by Yoshihiro Togashi.

SummaryEdit

Gon, Killua, and Biscuit surrounded by other game players. But they assure them that they weren't trying to steal their cards. Instead they were there to strike a deal: If they won the quiz, they would sell the card to the group for 5% of the reward they were getting from Battera. The group plans to think about the deal later and Gon and Killua challenge each other to see who gets the most answers correct and agree to a proposal offered by another game player. The quiz soon begins and everyone present, except the tied up Bombers, takes part.

During the quiz, Abengane appears and touches Genthru, saying "I caught the Bomber", thus effectively freeing himself from his ability, Countdown. This all happens without anyone noticing. A few minutes after the quiz is over, the results are announced, and Gon wins with 87 points. He receives a letter through an Owl NPC, and inside it is the "Ruler's Invitation". The card states that the winner should go to the capital, Limeiro, to collect the prize.

As the group had never gone to Limeiro before, Killua uses "Drift" to go there, so that the rest of the group can follow. As Abengane watches the group leave, he acknowledges their strength, but notes that they still weren't as strong as Chrollo. So they must have used some smart tactics to defeat the Bombers. He then uses "Magnetic Force" to go to Hisoka and leaves with him to exorcise the Kurapika's Nen from Chrollo. Meanwhile, Gon reaches the designated place, the Greed Island Castle, and is greeted at the door by List.
