A Real Fight (勝負, Shōbu) is the 206th chapter of the Hunter × Hunter manga, written and illustrated by Yoshihiro Togashi.
Synopsis
After Killua and Gon have practiced their Ren emission for three hours, they get ready to go challenge Knuckle. But Biscuit stops them and tells them to rest, and challenge Knuckle when they were in full power. As the boys go away, she thinks to herself that they would fully accept the result only when they fought him at full strength. But they also had to realize what quality they were lacking. She then diverts her mind to another topic-how will she escape after the two lose and incur Palm's wrath.
The two boys walk up to Knuckle, who was feeding a bunch of dogs, and the Hunter senses that both of them were in peak condition. But before they fight, Gon asks where Shoot was. Knuckle replies by saying that they didn't need to know, as he alone could defeat them. When Gon points out that they needed to plates, he states that he would tell them after they defeat him. To this, Killua points that they couldn't ask him if he would rounded up unconscious after the fight.
Greatly angered, Knuckle challenges the tow, and Gon attacks first, trying to punch Knuckle from the back. But before his fist could make contact, Knuckle moves behind him and punches him instead. Gon manages to block it, but the impact still makes him go numb. Knuckle advises to Gon to be careful, as he was just getting warmed up.
Meanwhile, back in NGL, the Chimera Ants decided to barricade themselves in their nest, rendering it impossible for the three Hunters to continue killing them. Knov suggests that they should move in, bet Netero dismisses it, and states that they should wait for their apprentices to arrive. And the Ants would also have to come out within a week to replenish their food supplies. They could easily exterminate two or three groups then.
After the matter as settled, Knov and Morel strike a wager. Morel would pay a 100,000 on Knuckle and Shoot being their apprentices, while Knov bets 1 million. Meanwhile, Netero thinks that it was going to be impossible to accomplish the mission without any sacrifices.
