Summary[]
This card allows the user to randomly steal a card from every player within a 20 meter radius. It can steal from both designated card slots and free slots. Because it is random, the caster may obtain some good cards or some bad cards. Rolling a Risky Dice can increase the odds of stealing good cards.

- This card was first cast directly (without the Tax Collector's Gauntlet) by Rodriot, Kess, and Barry against Team Genthru, in Chapter 171.
- In Chapter 153, Team Genthru used multiple copies of this card via the Tax Collector's Gauntlet (with the benefits of Risky Dice) to steal cards from Team Tsezguerra.
