Garcia (ガルシア, Garushia) was a character that appears in the movie, The Last Mission and he was seen as one of VIP's in the top box in the Heaven's Arena.[1]

The Last Mission
Garcia offers his sympathies to Neon Nostrade about her father having fallen ill, but is put off by her nonchalant attitude. He's later disposed of by Rengoku's On after it was revealed he was ordered to wipe out remaining members associated with the Shadow, by Pariston Hill.[1]
