She was the mother of Kurapika and a member of the Kurta Clan.[1]

Kurapika's mother donned a crimson-colored Kurta garb with light pink swirling over a cream-colored undershirt. Her cropped leggings are cream-colored as well with a swirling crimson pattern to them. In the manga she donned another outfit unseen in her animated appearance with colors unknown.[2] She had short blonde hair darker than Kurapika's and grey eyes.
Personality[]
It was stated by Kurapika's father that Kurapika inherited his mother's personality, to which she seems ignorant of. She wished for her son to go to the outside world and challenge the clan's fearful thoughts about it.[1] She was an adventurous, optimistic, and plucky woman, who in Kurapika's childish worldview when he was young, perceived as being "noisy". Her last words to Kurapika were warning him against being too short-tempered.[2]

She was first seen having a talk with her husband, about Kurapika taking the tests.[1]
Later, she along with her husband and other Kurta clan members were massacred and had their Scarlet Eyes stolen by the infamous group, the Phantom Troupe.[2]
