Redwood (レドウッド, Redouddo) was a player of the game Greed Island.[1]

Plot

Greed Island arc

Redwood along with the other new recruits of Nickes' Alliance, await in front of the Greed Island Entrance for Jispa's arrival. When Jispa arrives, he instantly uses a Accompany (G.I card) to transport them to Kosofftro, whom sits near the alliance base, located somewhere in Ajito. Redwood along with the other new alliance members are all given a long and detailed explanation they'll all collect certain spell cards in Masadora for the alliance. At the Alliance Base Redwood and the others are instructed to mesmerize a list of spell cards within an hour.[1] When Nickes' Alliance collect nearly all of the cards in the game and Genthru reveals himself to be the Bomber and claims that all of the alliance members have bombs attached to them.[2]

Genthru then escapes the alliance base using a Leap (G.I card), leaving Redwood and the other alliance members terrified for their lives.[3] After all of the alliance members surrender all of their spell cards to the Bomb Devils, nearly all of the alliance members are murdered by the Bomb Devils, when they simultaneously set off the bombs attached to them.[4] Redwood's name is mentioned on Gon's binder and has a black dot listed next to his name, meaning he either is dead or has left the game.[5]
