Seiko is a middle-aged woman with short, fair hair that curls sideways.
Seiko categorically refused to answer every single question when interrogated on the allegation that she is plotting an assassination on both Woble and Barrigen, scowling at the detectives.
Succession Contest arcEdit
Seiko refuses to answer any questions from an investigator dispatched by the Supreme Magistrate of the Black Whale 1 regarding the alleged claims sent by Sakata that she's been an accomplice to Barrigen's murder and is plotting to assassinate Prince Woble. She remains on her stance even after the investigator explains there shouldn't be any court records arising from their conversation, preferring instead to endure the three days of monitoring.
A few days later, her daughter Kacho suggests they organize a music show as the hosts of the next banquet. The queen approves and resolves to ask for King Nasubi's permission. Before they part, Kacho shares some hopeful words which move her mother.
